      <title>New Bike: Bridgestone XO-1</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I “collect” very few things, but I’ve been on an idle (wishful) lookout for a &lt;a href=&#34;http://bikeretrogrouch.blogspot.com/2013/09/bridgestone-x0-1-cult-of-personality.html&#34;&gt;Bridgestone XO-1&lt;/a&gt; for years.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And then within the span of a month I found one online, bought it, reassembled it, fixed a few issues, and took it on its first test ride.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;From the side-pull brakes and the “Tusk” (cream) color, I’d say this is the original 1991 model (it was made for three years, ‘91-&amp;lsquo;93).&lt;/p&gt;</description>
